They took me right away, asked me questions pertaining to my injuries and took X-Rays. Then I saw the doctor. The whole staff was excellent.

Great experience, this guy is honest. Saw a Dr the day before who tried to send me to physical therapy 3x a week for a month. I knew that was not necessary, so I went for the second opinion. Glad I did.

My experience with Dr. Moss himself was very good. He was very thorough and had a great bedside manner. The staff however has been extremely incompetent. An authorization for MRI of my left elbow was submitted on 3/15/23 and denied on 3/17/23. A peer to peer was supposed to have been done and after contacting the insurance company on 3/27/23 I was informed that it was never done. I have called multiple times in the past week and have not received any response from the office. As a practice manager of a medical office myself, communication is key, and this is severely lacking at this establishment. I will seek care elsewhere.

Dr. Moss spent a good deal of time with me trying to understand my presenting problem which was a shoulder injury. He showed a model of the area to explain how an injury might occur and recommended exercises I could do at home to speed healing.
Dr. Moss is professional and caring and I would recommend him highly. The office staff and ancillary professionals were efficient and welcoming. I was seen very promptly once I arrived.

the receptionist was very kind. they moved me straight into a room no less than 5 minutes after i handed in my paperwork. Dr. Moss was nice and a great listener as well. i was satisfied for sure.

Amazing!!! refreshingly I was take exactly on time. everyone in the office was kind and extremely professional. Kudos to whomever runs the office. they do a spectacular job. the doctor didn't make me feel rushed. quite the opposite. he stayed with me and made sure all my questions were answered. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!!!!

The entire experience from beginning to end was wonderful, their office staff is so helpful and accommodating I had a little fainting spell after my injection because I got a little nervous and they were just so on top of everything making sure I was OK I’m so grateful!!!!

Was seen immediately by the PA after checking in. Took great care of my injury. My only issue was finding what building the office was in, which was a simple Google search of the doctor’s name. For reference, Dr. Moss is in the Ryan Medical Arts Building. Otherwise, great staff and service. I definitely recommend.
