I came here to say based on the reviews and I was not disappointed! It was a great experience! I used the valet parking that was attached to the building . The Dr. is was wonderful as the reviews say! She loves her work and it really shows.

The office was clean and very inviting , the nurse (Joanna) was very friendly and helpful. Our doctor was very friendly and helpful and thorough. She asked about any concerns and issues besides what we came in for which was a sign of relief that we picked the correct doctor for our child. And then even called us the next day to check up on our child. She is a great person and doctor.

My daughter was fussy from the moment we got to the building to the moment we left - but Dr. Pagi and Xiomara were amazing, they tried their best to accommodate a fussy baby, and an even more anxious mother.

Wow! Now that was a great experience.
No need to waste time filling forms in the office delaying the process - it’s done in advance (including follow ups): the preparedness was excellent.
When we arrived we were expected - all the rooms were full but you wouldn’t know it - team was efficient, kind and patient! No rushing through, working with the kids through their worries, and even then we did not wait long.
We needed vaccinations and the nurse was so kind and practiced it was great.
Dr. Pagi cares about what you and your child feel - amazing bedside manner. Looking at you holistically and medically - it was a breath of fresh air. I mean what parent isn’t concerned about their kid? Well, not here. The concerns are addressed and acted upon (even if it means checking and ruling out, or creating an action plan)
Now this is what I expect from pediatric care.

I just want to say that it was a amazing experience. We moved from Seattle and my son has had his doctor for years so always hard to start with someone new but she was so sweet and really made my son feel so comfortable and such a great first visit we will definitely be back and recommend her. The minute you walk into the office you feel welcomed.

After having to leave our longtime pediatrician (moved states.) So glad I found Dr. Pagi. My child took a liking to her right away, she truly has a way with children and has great playful energy around them. Dr. Pagi was thorough and asked about/listened to any concerns I had.
I’m definitely the mom that reads reviews and will only see women doctors. If you’re like me I hope this helps your family as well

Dr. Pagi is very friendly and attentive. She listened to my concerns very well even if they are minor ones and shared tons of helpful information. As a mother of 2 girls, she also cares about emotions as a parent very well. The office was clean and brand new and you can find all the information of your baby easily on the patient portal.
