I understand I had a simple matter no life threatening, but I had an appointment and had to sit waiting for two hours when the office didn’t even look that busy. Very few people waiting. It seemed a bit diaorganized

I had a great experience with my new Doctor, Sheri. She made me feel so welcomed, she heard me out, and she explained everything to me with such clarity. She went above and beyond to get me everything I needed to make me feel better. She took her time and made sure I was taken care of and would be. The entire staff was so respectful, positive, and friendly. I recommend this wonderful place. Even my family, who accompanied me, was so impressed by the way everything was. I'm so happy I found this place. I know I'm in great hands.

Super convenient! Booking was fast and easy, and I was able to get an appointment right away. The doctor was kind, attentive, and really listened to my concerns. My insurance was accepted with no issues. I was so happy with the experience that I’ve already switched them to be my new primary care physician. Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit with this provider. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but I did appreciate that I got into am appointment the very next day. In fact, they had appointments available the same day and they are open late. The staff was friendly, & the office was clean. Items that could use improvement: you can hear really well through the door when the doctor meets with patients. When you sign in, there’s a clipboard to with everybody’s name on it, date of birth, & the reason for their visit. Anyone coming in can see this information. I had to leave a urine sample in the restroom with my name and my date of birth on it for anyone else to see when they go to the restroom or leave a urine sample. Lastly, I didn’t really appreciate having another person inside of my office visit while talking about my personal issues & having a female examination. All of those items need improvement. Other than that, I had a pleasant visit but fix those items before I return.
