Recommendations were made to avoid certain food groups that were not healthy with the certain issues I have. She gave me recommendations of food groups that I should pursue, that were consistent with healthy smart food intake. She said to start small, and only do things that were attainable. The Provider emphasized not to over whelm yourself, and that change can come slowly, but that change will last longer.
