I booked an appointment through Zocdoc with a specific doctor after researching and planning weeks in advance. My appointment was confirmed for 5:15 PM, but I was told it actually started at 5:00. I was still seen—but not by the provider I selected. The doctor told me the provider I booked is the owner and rarely sees patients. This wasn’t communicated in advance.
I had noted in my intake form that I experience dental anxiety. The hygienist asked, “Why are you so nervous?” and said, “This isn’t brain surgery—just relax,” which didn’t help.
When I asked about next steps, I was told, “We can do whatever you want.” I was hoping for a treatment plan based on professional recommendations, not vague options.
The staff were courteous and the office was clean, but the experience felt disorganized and lacked clear communication. I wouldn’t recommend this practice for consistent or supportive care.

I’ve been coming here for about 10 years and refuse to go to any other practice. Everybody from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist has been lovely, and they have taken every insurance I’ve had (and I’ve changed a few times I’ve the years). They do a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

The reason I chose this place was because of the reviews. I book two weeks in advance and got rescheduled on the day of the appointment. I called the office the receptionist told me they never received anything from Zocdoc about rescheduling. After I went to the office even though I gave the receptionist my insurance number and was told she will check it if I’m covered and I never got a call back but when I got there I was told me I’m not covered. Wasted a few hours of my time. Maybe the doctors are good there but the customer service at the front desk makes me feel so unwelcome and doesn’t seems to care at all.

Visit was easy, fast and incredibly professional. I typically dislike dentist appointments from previous bad experiences but I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Mark and 23rd Street Dental.

The office staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Cleaning was great by Michelle. Very thorough and didn't try to talk me into some unneccessary treatment like most dentists try to do to make an extra buck. I was very happy overall.

I actually saw Dr. Woo at this office. I have no complaints, but nothing spectacular either. The hygienist, whom I spent the majority of my time with there, was pleasant. My time with Dr. Woo was limited to two minutes, but she found that I had a cavity, so that's important. I got free white strips.

First time ever that I enjoyed a dentist appointment. His staff were professional and friendly. I will continue to visit this office for my bi yearly cleanings and would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr Nadolne, Michelle the hygienist, both front desk staff were all wonderful and very accommodating. I also like getting the free electric tooth brush, nice touch. Who doesn't like free... I'll be back in six months.
