My Wellness Psychiatry is a family-owned psychiatric practice proudly serving patients across Florida through convenient Telehealth visits and in-person appointments at our Deerfield Beach office. Founded in October 2022 by Diana Perez-Nunez, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, and her son, Preston Perez-Mosos, our practice was built on the belief that compassionate, evidence-based mental health care should be accessible, personalized, and collaborative. We provide care for patients of all ages and treat a wide range of conditions, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and schizophrenia. Our holistic approach to mental health includes genetic testing, lab work, and thorough assessments to rule out organic causes of symptoms before finalizing any diagnosis or treatment plan. Our services include medication management, long-acting antipsychotic injections, Vivitrol injections, and opioid dependence therapy (Suboxone, Subutex, and Sublocade). We also provide dietary supplementation with prescription vitamins when appropriate, and our psychiatric nurse practitioners incorporate therapeutic techniques into each session, ensuring patients feel heard and supported at every step. While we do not offer stand-alone therapy, we emphasize collaboration with therapists and other providers to ensure continuity of care. This practice is run by and employs psychiatric nurse practitioners who work in collaboration with their collaborative psychiatrist, ensuring every patient benefits from a team-based approach to care. We are proud to have a diverse, multilingual team (English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole) with roots from across the Americas, including the U.S., Puerto Rico, Colombia, Cuba, Honduras, and Brazil. My Wellness Psychiatry is also committed to mentoring future providers through our psychiatric nurse practitioner preceptorship program, offering students valuable real-world training. We accept a variety of insurance plans and strive to keep our care accessible and affordable. Our practice is open Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and we look forward to helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered on your mental health journey.
Please be aware that no-show fees apply to help cover the cost of reserved time. The fee for missed initial visits is $175 and $95 for missed follow-up sessions. These fees are not punitive, but necessary to ensure time and resources are used appropriately. No-show fees may be escalated to collections if not resolved. We ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance.

I've been to a lot of psychiatric providers but I can honestly say Diana is the best one I've ever seen. She listens, acts questions, and seems to genuinely care about seeing me better. Other providers I've seen before would only speak to me for 5 minutes and rush me out. Diana dedicates 30 minutes to our visits, pays attention to the things I say, and even remembers and follows up on small details that I've mentioned several visits ago. I cannot recommend her enough. If you want a provider that puts her patients first and specializes in true patient care, she is the one to book with!

I had a horrible experience with this doctor who was rude and condescending on our first and only visit. After discontinuing services with her, a person at her office sent me a letter insulting me and recommended specific services insinuating false notions. I am beyond regretful of providing her any of my personal information because I do not trust her. l will proceed with caution before ever contacting someone in this field of study again. No stars.

My experience with Diana has been wonderful. She is very attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable.
