Welcome to MyCHN! We are located in South Houston, Bacliff, League City, Pasadena, Pearland, Alvin, Clute, Angleton, Lake Jackson, and Freeport, Texas. Please only book with us if you reside in Harris, Galveston, or Brazoria County.
MyCHN Providers will no longer be prescribing certain medications including benzodiazepines, adult stimulants, anxiolytics, mood stabilizers and hydrocodone unless medically necessary with current prescription bottles. This change is part of patient initiative. Although these medications can be effective for certain treatment use, all departments agree with the quality management team that certain medications are creating too high of a risk for our patients such as dependence or abuse over the long term. These medications include the generic or brand name listed below but are not limited to:
• Soma, Xanax, Valium, Ativan, Lorazepam, Diazepam, Clonazepam, Klonipin
• Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse, Methylin, Intuniv, Concerta, Straterra
• Vicodin, Norco, Hydrocodone, Hycet, Lortab, Fentanyl, Morphine, Oxycontin
Your provider will work with you on a plan to discuss the medication safety, refer you to a behavioral health consultant and/or psychiatrist or refer to a pain management consultant or a chemical dependency program.

There were discrepancies with my insurance carrier, so we had to pay out-of-pocket for the visit and lab work. The receptionist was very warm and friendly, the staff members are friendly and inviting. I love that the staff and Dr. Jackson were interactive, playful, and attentive to our son. The wait time was nearly an hour before Dr. Jackson came to the Exam room; The appointment was at 1:40pm, we left at 3:35pm. Overall, I believe we’ve found a primary pediatrician with Dr. Shari here at MYCHN. I’m considering medical & dental here for the whole family.

Dr. Jackson is amazing! Love this office and their staff. She was attentive and answered any questions I had as a new mom. She is thorough, professional and friendly. I have 4 kids and my overall experience here with Dr. Jackson was good. The staff is very helpful, and easy to get an emergency appointment in League City, Texas. Dr. Jackson was very caring and listened to my kid's responses and even gave him a cute little gift.

Honestly! It was an easy in and out with the kids. My oldest one got sick and Dr. Jackson saw him right away. The good thing is that we were able to pick up the medicine in the pharmacy that they have inside.

the waiting time is not great, it took 30 minutes. But I would say the clinic is clean and the staff are nice and helpful. I was able to get my child's medication right away since they have a pharmacy inside the clinic. Very convenient!

I brought my teen to MyCHN League City to see Dr. Jackson. We live in League City and this is the first time we come in here. Anyways, they saw him right away. He has been having some teen boy issues (growing pains) and Dr. Jackson was able to talk to him about getting more exercise and why eating more veggies will help him clear up his acne. Overall, he listened.

As it being my first time there and a new adult and new patient. They were really helpful with my visit today. They went through the steps with me and explained everything of how the visit would go. When I asked questions they didn't seem annoyed they were very patient and understanding!

I will not go back to this office or this provider. I took 5 pregnancy tests that were negative when my cycle was late. I fortunately work in a setting that utilizes trans abdominal ultrasounds and was able to see from the images, that there was no IUP. After visiting this office, I was told that my urine came back positive. I told the provider about not seeing an IUP and the 5 negative pregnancy tests. She told me “ Well, our ultrasound techs are here on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you want an ultrasound we can schedule you then, but I don’t think you need one.” Mind you, I’ve been spotting for several days now. I start to have pain the next day (which is Tuesday) so I returned to the clinic for an US only to be told by the MA at the front desk “Go get an US where you decide to establish your prenatal care.” I ask to speak to the provider. “Sure, as long as you pay your copay”. I tell her this seems emergent and I need help. I leave and go to the ER… boom.. I have an ectopic pregnancy.

One of the best experiences ive had while getting a papsmear. Ms. Hazelton made me feel very comfortable and we discussed all of my concerns.
