Booked an appointment for 9am and showed up at the time only for the office to tell me that they don’t open until 12pm. The office hours on the website and office door didn’t reflect that.

The doctor I see today was very nice to me and explained everything to me. Plus also the staff was very nice and professional I would recommend that if anyone needs to be see and can't get in with there doctor trust me this is the place to go.

You have to ring the bell for them to let you in. I had an appointment, but I don't even think anyone was there because I rang the bell multiple times. I waited outside for about 10 minutes. I also called them multiple times and they did not answer and had a full mailbox.
