MyWellbrook Health Psychiatry offers psychiatric and neurocognitive services for a range of issues including depression, anxiety, sleep and eating disorders, post-partum/perinatal depression, OCD, mood disorders and trauma. All Medicaid plans are accepted including Horizon NJ Health, United Healthcare Community Plan, Amerigroup, Wellcare, and Aetna Better Health. MyWellbrook also offers pharmacogenomic testing, neurocognitive tasks and online assessments to strengthen diagnostic decisions, measure progress, and inform medication management. Appointments are available 100% via telehealth within a week for patients 16 and above in New Jersey.

The front desk on its own advocates far more strongly than this provider for patients in need, and even when the practice on the whole was having evident, known technological issues local to their own tech, the provider does not accommodate - in fact refused to accomodate - or pivot to a call or other work-around, even knowing the patient was in a very difficult conditions without medication management supervision for an extend period of time. Shocked and disappointed by the lower standard of service and cavalier refusal to work around the Practice's tech issue when the patient ad been on time and took screenshots evicting such, even though the front desk was kind and did not request, and tried to advocate for the patient.
