Shane is an absolutely wonderful therapist and person. He is great for a laugh when you need a laugh, great for guidance when you need the guidance and honest. He helped me with learning many tools to go towards healing and growth.

Shane is someone that a strongly trust to help me, when life can feel hard or uncertain. He does a fantastic job helping you understand and learn things about yourself while providing what we all need during hard transitions in life and that's positive reinforcement. I started meeting with Shane at a really low point in my life. It was my first time speaking with a therapist and I was not used to opening up and talking about my struggles truthfully, but Shane was patient and allowed me time to get comfortable with the process. When I finally found the courage the really say my truths and what I’m really feeling, he listened and was understanding. We shared similar experiences and struggles and that allowed me to trust him and really apply what we were discussing to my day to day life and I saw progress. I really appreciate everything he has done for me from the first day to where I am now and I wouldn’t have be able to have done that without his encouragement and advice. I would recommend him to anyone that struggles with task issues, focus, relationships, marriage, faith and if you’re someone who lacks a goal or purpose. Thank you for everything Shane
