She was very through and sweet. I was a bit nervous but she def helped calm my nerves and was very sweet. Highly recommend
I can’t recommend Therese enough. She's the first therapist who has truly made me feel heard while also giving thoughtful, well-rounded guidance—even when it’s not always what I want to hear. She has a great balance of being supportive and direct, which has helped me grow in ways I didn’t think were possible. She is genuinely your biggest advocate and creates a space where you feel both safe and challenged. She has helped me navigate complicated family dynamics, work through people-pleasing tendencies, and refocus on my own goals and success. I honestly don’t think I would be where I am today without her support. If you’re looking for someone who will truly invest in your growth, she is incredible.
