Naples Integrated Recovery
Naples Integrated Recovery – Whole-Person Therapy & Recovery
At Naples Integrated Recovery, I provide therapy that goes beyond symptom management. My practice is built on the belief that recovery—whether from trauma, addiction, anxiety, or strained relationships—requires a whole-person approach. I help clients not only reduce distress but also move toward a life that feels meaningful, connected, and sustainable.
Methods & Philosophies
My work is grounded in person-centered therapy, where you are the expert on your life and I serve as a guide and collaborator. I integrate multiple evidence-based approaches to fit each client’s needs:
Trauma-Informed Therapy: Using EMDR, DBT, and somatic grounding tools, I help clients process painful experiences safely while building resilience.
Addiction Recovery: I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience in long-term recovery, offering practical strategies for relapse prevention, craving management, and rebuilding a sense of purpose.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Skills-based work to regulate emotions, improve relationships, and reduce destructive patterns.
Adlerian Psychotherapy: Focused on meaning, belonging, and the courage to face life’s challenges, with an emphasis on separating what’s within your control from what’s not.
Gottman Method for Couples Therapy: Structured, research-based interventions to improve communication, reduce conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
Who I Work With
Adults and young adults seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, or addiction
First responders, veterans, and professionals navigating high-stress careers
Individuals in recovery from alcohol or substance use, including those in early remission and those working to maintain long-term sobriety
Couples and families facing conflict, betrayal, or communication breakdowns
Clients who feel “stuck” in old patterns and are ready for a different way forward
My Approach in Practice
Therapy at Naples Integrated Recovery is active and collaborative. A typical session might include:
Identifying patterns that keep you stuck
Practicing tools for emotional regulation and communication
Exploring how past experiences are impacting your current relationships
Building new habits that align with your goals and values
Developing a personalized recovery or wellness plan
Clients often describe sessions as conversational but focused—supportive, but with the right amount of challenge. I don’t just sit back and nod; I’m engaged, direct, and invested in helping you move toward change.
Philosophy of Care
I believe therapy is not about “fixing” what’s broken—it’s about helping you uncover strengths, gain insight, and develop practical strategies for daily life. My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where honesty is encouraged and progress is possible.
Recovery and growth don’t happen in isolation. Whether we’re working on trauma, substance use, or relationship issues, I emphasize connection—helping you reconnect with yourself, with others, and with a sense of purpose.
