I support people who are sensitive, empathic, and intuitive to live in coherence with their sensitivity in service of creating a kinder and more liberated world.
You are making headway on your life goals, yet the accompanying emotions are overwhelming. You struggle to navigate big feelings, sensory stimulation, and a strong emotional response to the state of the world today. Sometimes you feel powerless or hopeless, and other times you are joyful. You are impacted by the world around you, and are privy to the pain of others who suffer. The weight of a hurting world lives inside you, along with all that you sometimes struggle to feel. You are sensitive, spiritually inclined, and committed to personal and collective transformation. You are seeking a space of support and accountability where you can develop the capacity and mindset to grow, expand, and open, through those times when things feel “too much.” You seek to fully experience your senses and wisdom, while also knowing that this is not an easy task, as it requires confronting various limiting beliefs.
The good news? You already have within you the keys to move forward in grace, ease, and pleasure, through facing and opening up to whatever is arising. I support you in learning how to be with and derive pleasure from your present moment experience, even when it feels hard, overwhelming, or reminds you of pain from your past. My approach is informed by, and makes use of, mindfulness and nervous system regulation, a decolonial framework, a social justice orientation, inner child healing, spirituality, and emotional sensitivity. I support you in developing and implementing these practices, so that the grace and ease they encourage are available to you beyond the therapeutic space as you navigate your everyday life.

Natasha is an excellent therapist and uses unique and individualized approaches to help her clients meet their goals. She was always very responsive and was able to start working with me quickly. I appreciated her insight and the way she challenged me. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Natasha is a stellar therapist. She's a really great listener which helped me untangle a lot of what I was sharing. She gave so much space for me to feel what I needed to feel. I also appreciated that we tried out a variety of new methods throughout or sessions.

Thank you Natasha! To put it shortly, she is the best therapist I’ve ever had! Feeling lucky that she helped me learn how to trust myself more and accept feelings as they come, even when it’s overwhelming or not what I would rather have happening. In learning to accept big sad emotions, I’ve gotten better at accepting the big happy ones too :) I appreciate all the wisdom she shared and the small insights I learned about her life were so inspiring and really made me feel like I was in good hands. So flexible, accommodating, and kind. Thank you again!!!

Natasha is one of the most generous, warm, patient and kind therapists that I have ever had, and I have been in therapy for ten years now. Highly recommend working with her if you have a chance. She’s especially great with navigating body awareness and managing physical responses to your emotions.

I am able to meet through virtual meeting, which has been amazing for my schedule. Natasha is always really accommodating about time and scheduling. I was looking desperately for a therapist for about a year before I met Natasha. My work with her has been so important, in all areas of my life. Interpersonal relationships and work life balance. We have worked on so many healthy coping strategies, and learning more about my own mind and body. I was able to find someone like Natasha who can help me work on the areas of my life through talking and processing. I have also been able to implement calming exercise into my routine which we all need in my opinion.
