10/10 recommend Dr dallet. I told her my jaw was hurting and she stopped what she was doing, came behind the chair and massaged the muscles of my mouth and jaw until I was ready. She is so compassionate and knowledgeable. I will continue to go to her for as long as possible.

I haven’t had very pleasant experiences with dentist but this visit was different. She was very understanding and attentive to my concerns, she made recommendations based on my concerns and the condition of my teeth. Would recommend and I am definitely going back and continuing care with her!

I didn't have to wait to be seen. Communication was great. She explained everything and the next steps I need to take. I haven't been to a dentist in 8 years so being that the staff was friendly and being seen right away was a great feeling.

Dr Dallet is one of the best dentists in the City. She always goes above and beyond, clearly explains all the options and is very gentle, pain is very minimal and I really don't mind going to the dentist anymore.

Friendly staff, clean office, good service. A couple of things could improve. Overall, this is a dentist I would recommend but if you're happy with your current dentist there is no need to switch to this one.

Dr. Dallet and her team were kind, knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. There was virtually no wait time, and Dr. Dallet has a very patient bedside manner. She and her team quickly assessed what I needed and started working straightaway, then took time afterwards to answer clearly any questions I had about the procedure. Would highly recommend!

She was pretty nice and seems to know her stuff, but she didn't really give an explanation to what I needed to be done at my next visit. The gave me a very thorough cleaning, though.
The ladies in the front are kind enough, as well, and the space is very neat and inviting, definitely a relatively newer office.

They weren't very polite or friendly which was a Shame. The cleaning I had was quick but painful and the dentists assistant didn't know what a cavity was.

Brand new offices were very clean and pleasant. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. Looks like I found my new dentist.

im always scared to see a dentist, i think a lot of people are. so i was waiting to see my new dentist, all nerves, as soon as i met Natela it went away... she was very polite, nice and very soft spoken. she explained whats wrong with my broken tooth and even gave me info to whom i should see to get more help. i am very happy with my decision to see Natela. she was highly recommended and now i see why.

For the first time I had a great experience seeing a dentist! Ms. Natela is very nice and caring, she's truly great. There was no wait time, I was seen shortly after I came in. Definitely going back to see her.

The offices were beautiful and the staff was very friendly! I was seen almost right away after filling out my paperwork, and I didn't have any significant waits while in the office.
I had a dental cleaning, and it was a little different (and much shorter) than what I've experienced at other dentists. They did use some technology I'm not familiar with so it could be that this speeds up the visit.
While Natela and the dental hygienist were both very kind and accommodating, I prefer a dentist who tells me what's going on during the visit.

I've been twice now and it's a great little greenpoint dentist office that, conveniently for the traditional locals, has a bilingual polish/english staff. Dr. Dallet is great as well and is both friendly and very professional, taking her time to explain everything and go out of her way to show you what she's doing if you're curious. That said, I'm glad I found these guys and certainly don't mind going back every 6 months!
