Unprofessional unsanitary and confrontational. Equipment was dirty, unsanitary and cumbersome. X-ray device was too close to my eyes and I felt uncomfortable. Asked them if they can use sanitary clean equipment and informed them of my discomfort of X-ray being too close to my eye. Four representatives came in to tell me they would have to use a different equipment. Last one was very confrontational and was talking over me and was not listening to my concerns. Was a bully. Never would go back there again. Originally appointment was for Thursday. Called me Wednesday to move to Friday, came in they inconvenienced me three times with the schedule change unprofessionalism and not getting the cleaning done. Staff was snickering snd threatening me as I was leaving. Unprofessional and should be ashamed of themselves.

They overcharge above the average for procedures. They will literally force you to pay out of pocket even though you have insurance. If you insist on only doing what your insurance cover, they won’t complete the teeth cleaning and try to schedule a second out of pocket appointment.

The dentist was a very personable guy. He was also very direct, and clear on what he saw. I left the office with an idea of what to expect in the future, as well as future choices I would have to make. The dentist was not a salesman for anything and was helping me make informed choices based on his professional opinion. The only problem I had was with the assistants prior to see the dentist. The X-ray was not done by a knowledgeable staff member (may not be his fault) but I felt I was exposed to the X-ray machine too long and was used as a Guinea pig. All in all I would go back to this dentist and I already have my next appointment booked.

I can honestly say I have never met any doctor’s office staff as kind and caring as the ladies here! From the moment I walked into the office I felt very at ease and cared for. I ended up needing a root canal & as someone who has bad anxiety and a fear of dentists, I was extremely scared and anxious prior to the procedure. But the second I came into the office Paula and Angela made me feel so much more comfortable! They talked me down from my anxiety and explained the process entirely and ensured me that at any time that I felt uneasy or in pain that all I would have to do is let the dentist know. They started up different conversations with me to get my mind to calm down and I truly can’t say how much that meant to me. Not only that but they took the time to come and check on me during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay and to see if I needed anything! Renee was also incredible!! She was there throughout the entire procedure not only doing her job wonderfully but also calming me down and ensuring me that I had nothing to worry about. She answered all my questions entirely and explained everything to me, she even joked around and it helped me so much!
And lastly, Dr. Ipektchi is a phenomenal dentist. He completed the procedure extremely quickly and flawlessly! He constantly asked me how I was doing and even made me laugh during the procedure. And most importantly he made sure I felt absolutely no pain during any part of the procedure. He has completely changed my perception of dentists and I am longer afraid to go to the dentist.
I have also not had any issues whatsoever with payment or insurance with this office. They explained all the payments and what insurance covered and didn’t.
I am now one week post procedure and feel only very minimal irritation in the area which is completely understandable seeing as a root canal is quite invasive. I only felt an aching pain for a couple days after the procedure.
Overall, I would highly, highly, highly recommend this office for any kind of procedure and especially for a root canal!

Hygienist was very sweet and moved quickly. No problems at all cleaning my teeth. She periodically checked on me to see how I was doing, from time to time. The doctor himself was very nice and friendly. Already scheduled my next 6 month appointment! Thank you doctor and staff for making my first visit very welcoming! :)
