I booked this appointment day of and despite arriving late, the office was still able to see me, which I really appreciated. I felt genuinely heard by Dr. Yan, and she made me feel confident that she understood my symptoms and concerns. I was even sent for testing during the visit and only waited about 5–10 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m glad I came in.

Dr. Yan may possibly be the best in her field. Extremely polite and her communication bestows utmost consideration and courtesy for patients, and any questions or concerns they may have before, during and even after their appointments with her. Although she was not the doctor for what I personally was seeking she was more than happy, willing and able to assist me with recommendations to a doctor of the criteria I was searching for. Answered all my questions, very nice man! Provided a bandaid/ short term fix, used politically incorrect metaphor using people of my ethnicity as an example (did give me warning though). Am seeking a second opinion to find long term answers that finds fixes for more comfortable way of life.
