First of all, I like the appointment method where you can pick the date and time you want. Everyone is very patient and understanding. I walk with a cane, so I'm a little slow moving. This location was great! Friendly and efficient staff. Dr Wegenke was very friendly and incredibly helpful. I was able to update my prescription easily and get setup for new glasses in a relatively short time. I didn't feel rushed or hurried along but everything was done quickly and effectively. Literally no negatives
