Dr. Ladani is the God of all dentists. I never thought I could find a praxis that I am that comfortable with. Dr. Ladani is the most thorough and preventative dentist I have ever come across. He looks at your teeth, listens to you and will double check each and every tooth before he makes any decisions with his state of the art equipment. Dr. Ladani then discuss your options first. I never feel rushed and trust his judgements completely. His staff is great and his receptionist Betty is always there for you if you need to change an appointment or clarify the time that you may need in his office. It's very personal and you're in the best hands you can think of. Dr. Ladani is a master at his work, very careful, fast, and precise. I cannot recommend him enough.

Staff is very friendly. Doctor is very knowledgeable and gives time to go over the analysis with the patient explaining in detail of whats needs to be done right away vs can wait with no impact if done later on. In the interim gives the right guidance and treatment to follow.
I wish I had seen him before than the other dentists that I have seen who take rarely 15 minutes for regular cleaning while Manish ladanis practice takes a thorough look and approach for cleaning.
I would say if you can spare a day in NY then highly recommend doctor Manish Ladani. It is worth every penny of your insurance utilized. Great practice.

Two years ago, my dental problems became pronounced. My smile started to look snaggle-toothed and uneven and somehow the upper teeth were breaking all the crowns and fillings in my lower jaw. I was told by a dental clinic that my bite had collapsed and that the entire jaw, upper and lower arches, must be realigned so the teeth would meet properly. They would have to crown every tooth in my head - on both the upper and lower arches. Otherwise, the problem would only get worse. When they told me the cost of opening my bite, I was horrified. Then I got mad and after that, sad. It was impossible. For that price, I could have moved back to the Midwest and bought a decent house. So I was just going to have to be a witchy old lady with bad teeth.
But then a pair of trusted friends suggested going to see Dr. Ladani for a consultation. He did an examination and agreed that I had a vertical bite collapse that was likely to get worse. Reconstruction would be needed, using crowns at strategic points to open the bite. Then he did something truly extraordinary for most doctors and dentists: Dr. Ladani listened! He listened to my concerns about cost and time involved. He heard that I wanted to take care of this health problem but didn’t have the resources for full reconstruction and the crowning of every single tooth. I had some questions and several ideas about ways to tackle the problem. He considered those ideas, accepted some and told me why others wouldn’t work. Together we agreed on a general plan.
Then Dr. Ladani, almost like an architect, thought through and laid out the plan, tooth by tooth. He explained each step and its purpose to me. He was going for a full upper arch reconstruction, using this more limited approach to open the bite. He also strategically employed a limited number of lower crowns to accomplish the goal.
I won’t kid you: the cost was far less than the original clinic had quoted, but it still wasn’t a minor dental bill. But Dr. Ladani made it a manageable cost. And he and his team were unbelievably supportive all the way through the process. The dental associates, Betty and Ellie, were always there to give me a second opinion on tooth color and any other question that arose. I felt taken care of by medically wise and highly experienced people on every side.
Now I can even smile for my Daddy, although he’s no longer here. It used to make him sad that I didn’t like to smile in pictures. When the reconstruction process was complete, Dr. Ladani remembered that I’d told him that. Now you can smile for your Dad, he told me. So I did.

The doctor suggested replacing a filling, which proceeded to crack within the next two weeks. I could not immediately reach the doctor to correct this error and thus had to go to another dentist for a correction (and yet another payment for same issue!) When the doctor did call me back, I did not receive an "i'm sorry".

Dr. Ladani was very thorough and professional throughout the appointment. No overly-friendly chit-chat with patients, but he's very focused on the necessary treatment, which I appreciate. He also projected the digital pictures of my teeth on the monitor when he explained what he needs to do on which teeth. It was very helpful to understand what exactly is going to be done on which tooth and prioritize the upcoming treatment. I had the first appointment in the morning, so I had no wait time. I'll definitely recommend him to my friends and colleagues.

I would strongly recommend this dentist to anyone. I went to Dr Landani after having a horrible experience with another dentist. Dr Ladani and his staff were a breath of fresh air. They were very personal and he took time to ask me questions, explain what he was doing every step of the way and make the procedure as comfortable as possible. He sees one patient at a time, so I had his complete attention and never felt rushed. He even did a complete set of xrays for me for free because my insurance would not pay for the xrays again, since I had some done a month before at the other horrible dentist. He also takes photos of the teeth so that he can show you exactly what is being done. I have never been to a dentist so patient, with a staff who were equally personable.

Dr. Ladani and his office staff were pretty darn excellent. Having lived in NYC almost 6 years, one of my main problems was finding a good dentist--and Dr. Landani pretty much solved that problem. He is smart, efficient and kind. My DHMO was screwed up--but Dr. Ladani was very patient and really focused on doing the right thing for my pocketbook. I would reccomend him to everyone.

I chose Dr. Ladani initially because his office was a block away from wher I live. I went in for a 9am appointment for check-up and cleaning since I haven't been to a dentist in at least 2 years. Dr. Ladani was very friendly and patient with me. The office is also equipt with the lastes digital x-rays and photos so that I knew exactly which tooth he is talking about. He also only sees one patient at a time so he is sure to devote all of his to you so there is no waiting in between procedures.
The staff were warm and inviting and extremely open when I asked about costs or procedures. I highly recommend Dr.Ladani's practice.
