Pays attention to you and doesn’t make you feel rushed.

When you are able to receive care for the appointment things were fine. But it is next to impossible for any kind of response or follow up on your care if you don’t schedule another appointment, which is more money for the office. Waiting weeks for a response, office choosing not to pick up the phone nor call back, no response to emails, it is unacceptable to be ghosted for following up on care.

I was in and out of the very quickly I was able to explain why I was there and that I had a long history with my previous general practitioner and she dressed up and left and lost her license and it was going to get difficult to get caught up on all of my health elements and she said that was fine and she spent an hour with me going over the most horrible ones that could reoccur and the basic ones that aren’t as important that I don’t use medication for, so I felt very hard. The office staff was nice. And I would refer anybody to go see her. She listens to you. She hears you and she works with you. However she can the best she can.

She’s a really good doctor, very attentive, on time and willing to answer any questions you have. She’s really helped me and made a huge difference in my life as far as my mental health and medication management goes. I will be seeing her as my main doctor in the future.
Also, she is very relatable, Patient, willing to listen, by the book, structured, sweet and cheerful. She really is a breath of fresh air, and I look forward to seeing her next month.

I had an excellent experience with my doctor.
She truly listened to my concerns, was attentive throughout the entire visit, and made me feel heard and understood. She took the time to address my needs and made sure I received the help and care I needed.
I haven’t had much luck with doctors in the past, but she has been the best by far. Her genuine care, compassion, and professionalism really stand out. I’m very grateful to have found a provider who truly cares about her patients.

Natalia was very professional and such a great listener! I came in for a UTI and BV and prescribed me antibiotics right away. She took her time to listen to my concerns and she is extremely knowledgeable and she knows exactly what she’s doing. She was very nice and sweet and gave me water and her personal cell phone number just in case I had any questions. I will definitely come back!

As a woman, I've had some very bad experiences with health care professionals not taking my concerns seriously. Natalia is one of the few that trusts me, and listens to my concerns. She is firm on what's important but kind, understanding, and patient. I recommend her as a woman, because it's horrible to have your physical and mental health minimized.
