Navigating Wellness Therapy PLLC
Wellness is a journey. Not a destination. We are all searching for peace and balance between work, school, and mental health. Taking that next step can be scary, but I am ready to take that step by your side.
I have extensive experience working with young adult/adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and navigating life transitions. I work well with crisis de-escalation and safety concerns. If you are struggling with feeling overwhelmed, burned out, and/or having little to no motivation please allow me to walk side by side with you as we work to find a sense of peace and understanding of the world around you.
I utilize multiple intervention strategies including Mindfulness, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, a client centered approach, and many more. There is not one answer to life's challenges, and I will work with you to develop the tools necessary to provide support and stability.
I am also credentialed in multiple parenting programs, including Triple P and ARC Grow. I specialize in working with behavioral outbursts and defiance and with families with children on the Autism Spectrum.
