She listened and cared for me according; she was the first to agree on a diagnosis which heavily concerned me for 8+years. The last obgyn I saw in RI wouldn't even listen to me on my concerns nor cared to perform tests to see what I said could be a possibility.

The lady at the front desk was not very nice or helpful at all. I had a question about a balance that I was unaware of. When i asked her about the charge she just said she knows nothing about it. She was not very helpful at all.
Staff did not seem friendly and I felt rushed throughout my scheduled appointment. Wait time 15/20 min. Time spent with Dr. approx. 5 min

Yesterday was my second visit to my OBGYN she always speaks to me with kindness and answer my questions/concerns without making me feel uncomfortable. Everyone in the office is nice and they all quick with everything. It’s not crowded at all and seems on time with everyone. I love an office where my time is respected. Shoutout everyone!!

It was a slightly longer wait than normal to go into the appointment today, and there was no heads up from the desk that things were a few minutes behind.
However, once inside, everything went smoothly & efficiently. Dr. Kaushal is knowledgeable & kind, but does not plan to waste your time or her own, so be ready with any questions/concerns! I am happy with this provider & service, and will continue to return. Thanks!

While the doctor was friendly she was not up to date about current trends around treating menopause. Nor did she seem aware of important mental symptoms associated with menopause. I found her statement that depression should be treated with a referral to therapy very concerning as it is not consistent with the known medical model of depression and the importance of considering pharmacological treatment. Finally there is no evidence to suggest screening ultrasounds and her routine practice of referring to an ultrasound in her practice seemed unethical.

I had very good first experience with Dr. Kaushal. I saw others complain of a dirty office and unfriendly receptionist but I had no issues with either. Given terrible past experiences with gynecologists, I could look past a less than pristine office and a bit of a wait time as Dr. Kaushal was very kind, comforting and helpful and my appointment moved quickly once I was in. I’m just glad to have found a good doctor again.

I was happy with the appearance and how clean the office was . The women at the desk were very nice and helpful. I didnt wait long at all to be called . The PCA was very nice and personable. I was very happy with the doctor she was very thorough she made me feel very comfortable she constructed a clear plan of necessary actions to tackle all concerns and set up future arrangements.

if you’ve been burned before by another gyn, this office will 100% restore your faith in Obgyns. The office was a really safe space, the doctor was quick ( easiest appointment ever) and personally called me with any results. Amazing office. a bit of a drive for me, (about an hour) but i’d drive over two for this office 10/10

Dr was a great listener and was very knowledgeable. She spoke in lament terms. I made the appointment the day before and no issues upon arrival. I had to wait an hr which was a bit inconvenient because it was during my lunch break. But over all office visit was great and the staff was very friendly. Greeted with a smile.
