I believe that the best treatment is one which is individualized to the patient's situation and needs and not limited by insurance company mandates. Therefore I have chosen not to participate in any insurance plan. A brief phone consultation prior to setting and appointment time will allow both of us to determine if what I have to offer is appropriate for your condition.
