My experience from my first visit to this doctor's office was exceptional, from the receptionist to the lab tech, everyone treated me with respect, the way every patients will want to be treated when they go to see their medical providers.
I was warmly welcomed by the doctor. who showed impeccable bedside manners. He was very attentive to details, and informed me important findings from lab results handed over to the receptionist upon my arrival.
Left the place very hopeful that I am in good hands with one of the best doctors in this field. I highly recommend Dr Samuel Agahiu.

I am very particular about who I select, being severely undeserved by medical providers in the past. All the great reviews I read on Dr. Samuel Agahiu was my very exact lived experience. I felt like I was speaking to a family member. He was thorough, patient, kind, treated me with the utmost respect, professionalism, compassionate and understanding. He listened to me go on on. He put me at ease the moment he stepped into the room. I'm so happy to have found him. Also his team was so warm and welcoming. I truly felt like I exhaled the moment I said good morning to the lovely human at the front desk. I can't speak highly enough of my experience. Totally top tier all around!!!

Firstly - rated five stars do not to affect the doctor’s rating.
The booking was a farce - the doctor had NO appointments scheduled for various weeks despite the fact Zocdoc showing 4 appointments on this particular day and additional appointments throughout the week.
The doctor’s office was quite helpful in trying to reschedule our appointment but we could not wait weeks for the next available appointment.
This is the third time zocdoc has booked unavailable times for doctors. I have also found that on one booking the doctor did not accept my insurance despite zocdoc showing he did.
So… buyer beware. If you book on Zocdoc - and my only reason would be if I booked during times when office personnel were not available, make sure you confirm the appointment when the office re-opens.

After dealing with hematuria for over five years, I was finally referred to his care, and I am truly grateful. I haven’t stopped raving about my visit since yesterday. The receptionist area were kind, thorough, and extremely helpful! I wasn’t able to pull my lab results from the hospital. Amanda said “no worries. Let me try.” Within minutes she retrieved the records and attached it to my file. The alternative was for me to screenshot every lab page. She went above and beyond!
The Doctor!!!! I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is!!! I traveled from Brooklyn to find her and Dr. Gilles was worth every minute of my travel. It’s funny. Her spirit was so warm and friendly that I wanted to give her a hug before we began but we started discussing the reason for my visit so I didn’t. After she listened to EVERY concern and then some, she gave me thorough next steps. No doctor jargon. Just plain layman’s terms. I know when connections are aligned. After our visit, she gave ME a hug?? If you approach appointments with positive energy it will be reciprocated. Thank you, Dr. Gilles.

Dr Giles and her staff were wonderful. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Dr Giles is an outstanding doctor. She takes her time and listens. For her, each patient is unique and she creates the perfect plan that deals with the needs of their medical issues.

I left the visit hopeful, since the doctor seemed very attentive. I was in pain, and was sent for an ultrasound. The results were given to her next day. I called the office knowing she had the results. Three days later I have not received a call back and after a second call to the office I learned that she is out of the office. At best, I will not get results until a week after the ultrasound, still in pain, no resolve. Disappointed was hoping for better.
