Office staff unprofessional and don't know how to do their job or run insurance. Nurse exceptionally rude!! Put us in the hottest room, where my one year old is literally sweating. We booked a general consultation with the doctor, nurse asks a couple questions then dismisses any concerns we had. We left before we saw the doctor because the experience was already more than enough to let us know this is not the place for us. Will not be back again, will not recommend to anyone. Ridiculous.

First time to see Dr. Neret- took my 95 y.o. aunt for a visit. Thorough, knowledgeable, and seemed to care about the wellbeing of my aunt. Great eye contact and bedside manner. We were both pleasantly surprised.

Have known Dr. Neret since he opened his first office. Moved away after retiring and decided to use a bigger better known hospital system in the Austin,TX area. After four years with BSW and one misdiagnoses after another. I've decided that driving the four hours to see Dr. Neret is truly worth the mild inconvenience to see my doctor who knows my history and understand s my needs. So thumbs up to Michael and his practice. God's speed
