All good, but the wait time was too long - definitely an outlier in that sense compared to other providers. I hope it was a one-off situation because otherwise they do need to coordinate better with their appointments and timings. Staff was nice and friendly.

From intake to exit everyone was so lovely. Receptionist was kind and quick to process my info and help get me back. NP Larry was thorough in his questioning, initial assessment, ordering testing and then taking the time to explain test results in a way that someone not in the medical community (me) would understand. Throughout this process, the medical assistants/ nurses were knowledgeable, helpful and kind as well. Overall, the whole team showed deep expertise, a sense of urgency in their action while making the patient feel heard, understood, and in the loop at every step of the way.

My wife has had billing issues with this location in the past. Other than that no issues until today.
My insurance was accepted at this location however receptionist said she spoke with manager and my insurance was not accepted. My company is based in Utah so it uses one company there however it states on the card in any other state it uses the other listed insurance company on the e back of the card.
I went to the location down the street on Washington with no problems.

They never called, it was like my appointment never went through on their end or they just didn't' respond, either way I'm in destress for meds and urgently needed this appointment, but I see multiple complaints regarding this clinic, so I'm not sure why you still list them.

It says in-network for medicaid but I called after not receiving any instructions for a video appt and they said they do not take any Medicaid plans. But the women on the phone was kind about it and let me know the out of pocket price

I booked a last minute appointment. They sent me confirmation and required forms via text, but I was already en route. I was able to complete in waiting room and was promptly seen. Discussed my issues and sent my prescriptions to pharmacy right away.

I was seen by Mr. Jonathan Cotton for a cat bite to the joint of my hand. He took in my concerns, was very honest and informative, and checked in on me the next day because I had expressed that I felt unsure if I could correctly judge the ongoing condition of the bite. I was glad I was able to get prompt care with very little wait time. I love my PCP but it would have taken a week to be seen if I had booked an appointment with my PCP.

FNP Cassandra was amazing. She confirmed with me multiple times to make sure she was understanding my symptoms and experiences, and talked me through everything. She was respectful and kind. Some providers can make you feel like they’re rushing you out of your office, but FNP Cassandra was really thorough and made sure I felt comfortable and created a safe space for me. Her assistant was also incredibly kind, and they both took the time to explain everything from what testing were going to be done today and when I should expect to get the results back. Thank you!!

Although we were seen in a reasonable amount of time, after the consult and communicating next steps to go to the ER bc she stated that my dad might have an abdominal aneurysm since she was hearing a pulsating noise, the NP took an hour to send in an order to the ER and to get me the location. We were at this facility for over 2 hours in total. When we went to the ER she sent the order to, it was closed. We had to go back to the urgent care facility where I had to repeatedly ask for a copy of my father’s clinic notes because the NP “had to talk to her supervisor” to get the notes. When asked why we waited an hour to get the name of the ER, there was no explanation or response. I was provided a copy of his clinic notes, and we handled the rest of care with an ER I had to find. It was an unpleasant, and frustrating experience at this facility.

I needed to go to an urgent care near me and came across this places. It was also recommended by a friend of mine. To my surprise this facility is very transparent with their prices for those who have no health insurance and those who do. It was very nice to know what to expect financially. I also enjoyed that their staff was all professional, polite, and aware of appointments. I had the opportunity to speak with the receptionist and she was very friendly and if she needed anything from me that I was unsure of where to find she took the time to guide me. For my first time to this place I loved it. Victoria was wonderful and knowledgeable. She was able to also find answers of my concerns and provide insight of what I needed to do. I also love that get offer iv therapy. This facility is a good place to visit for your doctor needs and health needs.
