Visit Fees
• New patient consultation – $150
• Follow-up visit – $60
• Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) programming – $85
Neuro On Call is a cash-based, virtual neurology clinic providing convenient, high-quality care from the comfort of your home. We see patients ages 14 and up, and we specialize in the remote evaluation and treatment of a wide range of neurological conditions, including headaches, seizures, movement disorders, and neuropathy.
Our mission is to make expert neurology care accessible, especially for patients in underserved communities. We use a collaborative treatment approach, working closely with patients to create care plans that fit their needs and lifestyle. Our visits are designed to be clear, supportive, and easy to follow.

I had a pretty 99% feeling I had developed Bell's palsy. I went to the ER and even followed up for a second opinion with a local Dr. However I felt like neither listened and were not giving me the medication I needed which is most effective the sooner you take (within 72hr) I booked this appointment with Dr. Jeannine Thomas and was seen the same day and medication sent to the pharmacy very quickly. I would definitely recommend her to others and she was professional and listened to my concerns etc. Thank you!

The first visit was a 10 star to be honest. She listened and was extremely proactive in finding a solution. Most of the providers I had seen, wanted to have a consultation, then more imaging, then come back again and finally move into treatment. This was not the case, PA Thomas started treatment from the jump. She found the perfect combination of meds for me, she diagnosed my migraines differently than anyone else had and it was spot on. I can’t recommend her enough!!!

The call was efficient and on point. Dr Thomas ordered many tests for my concerns which gave me the impression that I will get thoroughly checked and hopefully get better. Her availability is great, which is a different ball game than having to wait for 5 months for my insurance neurologist with an urgent referral. I am grateful this service exists and she works well.
