SELF-PAY VISIT FEES • New patient consultation: $150 • Follow-up visit: $60 • Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) programming: $85 Neuro On Call is a virtual neurology clinic serving patients ages 14 and older. We provide remote evaluation and treatment for headaches and migraines, seizures, dizziness and vertigo, memory concerns, movement disorders, neuropathy, multiple sclerosis follow-up, sleep concerns, tremors, and other neurological symptoms. Our goal is to make neurology care easier to access, especially for patients in communities with limited access to specialty care. We work closely with each patient to create a practical care plan based on their symptoms, medical history, and daily needs. When appropriate, we can order laboratory testing and imaging, prescribe medications, and provide referrals. All visits are private and secure. HIPAA-compliant interpretation services are available at no additional cost. I had a pretty 99% feeling I had developed Bell's palsy. I went to the ER and even followed up for a second opinion with a local Dr. However I felt like neither listened and were not giving me the medication I needed which is most effective the sooner you take (within 72hr) I booked this appointment with Dr. Jeannine Thomas and was seen the same day and medication sent to the pharmacy very quickly. The first visit was a 10 star to be honest. She listened and was extremely proactive in finding a solution. Most of the providers I had seen, wanted to have a consultation, then more imaging, then come back again and finally move into treatment. This was not the case, PA Thomas started treatment from the jump. She found the perfect combination of meds for me, she diagnosed my migraines differently than anyone else had and it was spot on.
