My experience was the worst. The front office in take person was more concerned about being right. Rather than listening. We presented the referral to her and it wasn’t good enough only until we called the primary doctors office she did not allow us to see the doctor instead she was quick to reschedule which I think is very unprofessional because we came on time for the appointment and the misunderstanding was on her part . The patient scheduled this appointment over a month in advance only to be turned away because of a misunderstanding I will not only recommend this doctor to anyone and I’ll make sure that this office receives the proper review of being an organized unprofessional and biased

I made the appointment thru Zocdoc. Once I got to the office I was told that I was supposed to receive a call from the office to either cancel or confirm the appointment. But that she can see my appointment on the computer and even told me the day and time I booked the appointment. I never received a called or a notification that the appointment was cancel. The visit was to take my daughter so I Took a day off work and my daughter a day off school for them to tell me this. Very unprofessional.

Upon arrival I was greeted politely and given necessary forms to fill out as a new patient. The staff was efficient and after about 25 minutes I was placed in an exam room. Medical assistant came right in and did vitals and the doctor came in moments later. The doctor was patient and listened to all my concerns and did a thorough neurological examination and make needed recommendations and ordered needed follow up. Doctor was knowledgeable and caring. I have found a good quality neurologist , close to home that I can trust and will return .

Put his ego before his patient and very disrespectful. Awful beside manner and dismissed us from the appointment because we asked for a doctors note when it was absolutely needed. Talks down to his patients with no remorse. Left in tears. Would never recommend this practice to a soul. If he treated his patient as he did I can’t imagine what his workers have to put up with. RUN the other way. He was patronizing.

I must say this is the first neurologist that I have come across where I finally have hope! I live in pain everyday and I’ve seen more than a hand full of doctors who are quick to medicate but not rule out the cause. But this doctor made me feel like he genuinely cares for his patients and wants to bring their health back to good standing or at least try. He listens! He has excellent bedside manner!He documents! And studies your timeline your healthy history and determines based on testing and findings. It has been so hard for me to find a doctor who’s really there for you! I look forward to continue my treatment with him and pray he can get me through this !

Today was my first time seeing Dr. Ibrahim. I found him through a simple google search based on reviews and the reviews did not disappoint. The office staff were friendly and I did not have to wait long to get an appointment. Dr. Ibrahim was very thorough and made me feel at ease while explaining my history and symptoms. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great neurologist!
