I arrived for my appointment and the office advised that they did not have my appointment and that they do NOT accept appointments via Zocdoc and was turned away. A complete waste of time.

Had an 11am appointment. Arrived promptly at 11am and overheard other patients complaining they had been there waiting for more than 45 minutes. I tried to stay for 45 minutes myself but had to leave given I needed to get my wife to a doctor’s appointment in another city (Montclair). Had to reschedule. BTW I lost a day’s work.

I've been to two other neurologist before but seeing doctor Ashish Kapoor for the first time made an excellent impression on my decision for him to become my neurologist in the future. He is one of the best. I'm so confident that he will help me with the problem I have with tremor on my right hand. The doc will listen your to your problem carefully. He would prescribe only those medicine which is required for you. Not the unnecessary ones. From your past medical history he can infer the real problem.
I would highly recommend him for any neurological problem.

Unpleasant office experience due to their vaccination policy which was not stated on ZocDoc at the time of making my appointment. I wasted parking fees and a day of work because when I go there they required vaccination proof or negative covid results. No other doctor I have seen this year has required that.

I would recommend him to anyone suffering with migraines, he took his time explaining everything, and listened to what I had to say. The only thing I was upset with,was the wait time in the waiting room, but I can understand that's because he takes his time with his patients and does not rush them out of his office.
