I've been to 15+ different therapists in the past and she's been one of if not the best one I've had. Her methods of therapy have been really effective at helping identify what is causing me issues, how to tackle them, how to stay more present and she's been incredibly kind and empathetic since the start. She also summarizes important sessions where we had breakthroughs and sends emails with the summary or tips to help me handle things myself, which is something I've never had with any other therapist in the past. I 100% recommend her!
