New Beginnings Therapy
I am a 39 year old Licensed Mental Health Counselor from Rochester, NY. I currently hold a Bachelor's degree in both Psychology and Early Childhood Education and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College earned in 2015. I have extensive history working in the human services field to include but not be limited to both inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment and outpatient mental health. I also have my own history of struggling with mental health issues and concerns which I feel allows me to be more understanding and empathic towards the clients I work with.
I feel it is also worth noting that I conduct my sessions from home as I recently had a baby girl in February. I want to be straight forward and honest about this, it will save you and I both time if this is something that cannot be looked past.
