I decided to book through ZocDoc and my visit was 10/10. As a new patient, they did all the X-rays, shown me what they found, and gave me the treatments that I needed- along with recommendations.

Dr Koo and her staff were so attuned to my over-sensitivity to pain and fear with seeing a dentist. They listened to all of my concerns, explained everything in detail, repeating themselves several times. They listened to my past trauma with having my root canal, assured me and held me with a lot of care and compassion.
It’s the first time that I walked out of the medical office smiling and eager to return!!! I can’t wait for my next visit!! Really appreciating the cleanliness, the expertise and efficiency with which all the treatments were done!
Highly recommend Dr Koo and all of her staff!

I live four houses down the street from your front door. It was a great visit to see Dr. Koo. She was very kind and funny in fact ! The whole staff was awesome ! Your hygienist was exceptional. She put lubricant on my lips. I have never had that done !
