Initial contact with staff put me at ease. Assisted in seeing all my pertinent information was entered into my record as this was my first visit. PA-C Dyllan walked me through the process of what the initial exam would consist of prior to initiating it. He kept me informed of what he was doing through each step. All in all, it was as stress free as circumstances would permit.
