I scheduled an appointment for a dental cleaning but upon my arrival I was turned away and told I scheduled the wrong appointment but the app clearly stated a dental cleaning, I was also told my insurance wasn’t accepted but the app stated this provider was in network. Lastly, the receptionist said she tried to call me to inform me my appointment had been canceled and when I showed her my phones call log with no calls from their number she just said “well I tried calling twice and I left a voicemail”. I found a new office that would see me.

Terrible, I was told I was booked for teeth cleaning which wasn’t right, I booked for cracked tooth and that they no longer accept my insurance. And even if I wanted to pay out of pocket, they had no doctor to see m.
