My appointment was never acknowledged, I waited 20 minutes for the appointment to start and never got a call or a text from the person saying they’d be with me shortly or anything. It’s not fair begging for help and never being able to receive it. This is why most people kill themselves because of not receiving help that they need.

It was helpful. I was able to get my medication refilled and all of my questions were answered. My one complaint is they have my weight wrong in chart.
