Dr. Lowney listens to my concerns and responds by asking questions targeted at finding additional information. I have found Dr. Lowney to be receptive to my concerns and needs. I hope to have a very long patient-Doctor relationship for years to come.

Dr. Lowney was very kind and professional with good beside manner. However, he told me that if I had any questions about my appointment that I should message him via the patient portal on his site & I did on 01/12/24 & as of 01/17/24 I have not heard back :(
