Both prescriptions were never called in and the providers office never answers their 24/7 phone number after calling them 8 different times over 24 hours. The doctor also sent a nurse to the appointment when it said the application was with him which is unscrupulous.

My visit with Dr. Alero Hans was every bit of amazing from her assisting me at the counter to seeing me for my reason of the visit. I went in for one reason and left out feeling welcomed to a new family lol. She was very supportive, understanding, attentive, listened and provided heartwarming professional advice. She even called to followed up with me to see how I and my baby were doing after my visit and I thought that was so sweet and kind of her. I am beyond pleased with my services received and highly recommend Dr. Hans if you are looking for a new PCP. Keep up the great work Dr. Hans, doctors like you are definitely needed.
