At New Health Medical Center PLLC we strive to provide the highest quality of care to our patients while also increasing access to integrative medicine. As costs have risen, insurance reimbursements have stayed the same, causing difficulty for a small business. To continue to provide the utmost quality of care to our patients, we have implemented the NCS fee that covers services that are not billable to health insurance. These “non-covered” services include administrative tasks such as medical records processing, form completions, lab reviews, correspondence outside of appointment times, care coordination, and billing. This fee is only applicable to our patients who use insurance. A $40 non-covered services fee will be charged once per month during any month in which you receive care. This fee is due at the time of your first appointment each month.
