I'm a Bilingual-Bicultural Licensed Therapist LMFT in California and Texas- Life Coach. I offer Virtual therapy and in-Person. My experience has been working with children, adolescents, and adults, couples on issues such as Stress, Grief and loss, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorders, and Relationship difficulties, Communication problems, and other emotional issues that affect the life functioning. I use modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and DBT. TF-CBT (Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy). I Provide Psychoeducation about the roots of the emotional problem. I offer also a Faith base, Biblical Perspective, and Holistic Approach as requested.
