I was very nervous on starting my therapy journey but this provider made my first experience the best i could’ve had. She was very patient, attentive, receptive and open she truly does a great job at trying to look the big picture rather than just the surface problem. She was a good listener, empathetic, realistic, good communicator. I felt listened and felt a great relief after the visit. She helped identify what I need to work on and set goals. I will definitely recommend this provider to someone who feels overwhelmed and need assistance to navigate through difficult times.

My life had always been amazing. Until it wasn't. Meredith has been an integral source of inspiration. Her professionalism helped me get back whatever it was was that I lost along the way. I was feeling anxious. A loss of self-confidence. Life seemed dull. Unexciting. Uneventful. Colors were less vivid. Not sure how it happened, or even when, but it has. I'm whole again. Excited for each day. I know great things are not only possible but inevitable. I owe my "happiness" to Meredith and highly recommend her to anyone feeling their life is missing something. She'll help you find it.
