Dr. Constance was a great listener and asked key questions that helped me get more of an understanding about myself and life circumstances. She was very relatable and empathetic. She increased my self-esteem and helped me come back to how I used to positively view myself. left the appointment feeling seen, heard, and extremely encouraged. She also taught me more than she possibly realized and brought a greater awareness to my understanding of the importance of mental health and being proactive about taking care of it. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

My visit was thorough, and we went through all of my medications and symptoms. She listened empathetically and was very encouraging. We decided that medications changes were necessary. I am hopeful that the new medication regime will help me through my current situation. We had a good first session

I felt like she didn’t listen to me. I felt like I told her that I didn’t like Wellbutrin I’ve taken that in the past and it caused palpitations and I have heart disease. She didn’t listen about that. I felt like she was kind of laughing at all that I’m just stressed and I was going through a really hard time not for me didn’t like that. The office asked me to do think she even listened to my concerns at all not visiting with that person again sorry just not for me. Reached out sent messages saying that I don’t think this medication is going to keep trying it just for a week and touch base. I’m telling you right now. I didn’t like it and no one even responded. It’s unprofessional and disgusting. I’m not happy so I’m seeking someone else on Zocdoc.

She is such a breath of fresh air as a doctor with exceptional bedside manner and understanding of my conditions. An extremely disorganized and unprofessional office. Incorrect medications sent to the pharmacy, leaving me without proper medication. Medication sent to wrong pharmacies. Last minute appointment time changes. I truly don’t know how it’s possible to be this disorganized, and I would never recommend anyone use this practice.

I had my first, in person, appointment today with Dr. Kusi. She really took the time to find out why I made the decision to come in and speak with her. She listened to what I had to say and made me feel comfortable addressing my issue. Unlike other doctors I’ve spoken to in the past, I felt like she took what I had to say into consideration within her assessment. She set up a new treatment plan because I told her my old one was not working. I’m feeling optimistic and confident with her medical treatment! Looking forward to my 2 week check-in appointment!

She is very caring and supportive. Took my concerns seriously and came up with a plan that would work for me. But she also made sure I follow up in a couple of weeks so she can check in on me. Some doctors don't care if they never see you again. But she wants to make sure the plan is working for me. I definitely recommend her.
