New Patterns Counseling

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in the state of Colorado. I have been practicing therapy in a clinical setting since 2012. I have worked extensively with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings including: enhanced outpatient treatment, residential treatment, youth corrections, school-based counseling, and private practice. Through a mindfulness-based approach, I create an empathetic and empowering atmosphere to facilitate the change process. In my practice, I utilize approaches and tools from several evidence based treatments including: Dialetical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. My areas of specialty are addiction/substance use concerns, disordered eating, stress, anxiety, and self-esteem. I believe that every person has their own unique needs & we will work together to discover the most effective path for you.
