The office called me and when I told them that I have 1199 insurance they said we don't take it, which i dnt understand caz when I went on the doc it say it was. They shouldn't put false advertisement and I really want a dentist appointment for me and my kids

i looked for a provider in my network (1199 emblemth health), i asked the lady when i arived do they do wisdom tooth extraction she said yes they will be able to do it today ,after they got my insurance information i went into a room i explanied to the doctor i was having mouth pain plus i was told by 2 other dentist i need my wisdom tooth removed he said no need to remove the wisdom tooth it can be saved ,i explained to him 3 xrays was done and they told me i need it removed ,he got upset and said if i wanna be a patient here or not very nasty ,i was only telling him what i was told by 2 other doctors ,i will advise people to do better resaerch upon going to this dentist , felt it was just to bill my insurance company once they ran it .very very unprofessional .

Probably the worst dentist experience ever. Although I was double booked and had to change my initial appointment to accommodate them, I asked them 4x if they accepted my insurance. Although they confirmed that they did, the day of my appointment, after I got my X rays, they told me that they did not accept my insurance and that I would have to pay for the cleaning. They are very disorganized.

Wait time is minimum. The staff is friendly. And they have fast appointments available. When in other places you have to wait 3 months for an appointment for a root canal here you get it for next day it is amazing I would recommend this place 100%.

When I came into the office was greeted and had my appointment ready. They did inform me that I was going to see another dentist and I was fine with it. After filling my paperwork because I was a new patient I was seen right away. Staff was friendly and made sure I was comfortable especially since I am 10 weeks pregnant. Dr. Ebrani was very informative he at 1st didn't want to do all the root canals on me I told him I was really uncomfortable can could not eat. He told me which side he will do the procedure to make me comfortable at least till my next appointment. I was extremely grateful. Fast and efficient and made sure I was ok before I left. Cannot wait till I make my next appointment.

I booked and appointment and I seen a different provider . I didn’t want to miss the appointment so I decided to see a provider who was available , the provider was nice but the work was horrible . I called back because I still kept feeling discomfort and there was no appointment available ever ! , I asked for X-rays and I never received them , I went to a new doctor and got X-ray done and the fillings were not done correctly. So disappointed because the staff was very nice .

Everything about this office is excellent except for one part. While I understand the goal of having a cancellation policy I find 48 hours to be a bit unrealistic. In most cases something unexpected would cause someone to have to reschedule and things rarely pop up 2 full days in advance. You can’t even call and reschedule without a fee if it’s less than 48 hours before your appointment. It doesn’t take away from the excellent service but it does make it harder to make appointments being that I try to schedule things after work and being in the medical field there’s always the chance I could get stuck at work and wind up being charged a fee.

I would say to go first thing in the morning. My daughter is 4 and she was the first one called in when we got there. And her visit was a quick and simple visit. But she enjoyed her time there with the tech who cleaned her teeth and the doctor was just as sweet to her. I would recommend this clinic to all.

My appointment was 11:45 and I waited more than 2 hours to seeing the doctor they should be organized the appointment patient. won't recommended to you guys don't go there but the doctor is nice.

Dr Ramirez said I needed a tooth extraction on my first visit…. I was in a lot of pain. There was an abscess. So I made the appointment for the extraction.
I was not told that pain medication would not be prescribed until after the procedure. (She recommended ice pack and Motrin.) I am in more pain now than before & I am having a panic attack as well. I have to go back to have sutures removed but I told Dr Ramirez I would no longer be a patient of hers after that.
