The doctor was good and he was kind, but the entire staff speaks in Spanish and all the reminder text messages come in Spanish even when I said I do not speak the language. There was no change even when asked to update text preferences. I was told it is automated and they had no control over the language preferences. One of the nurses also explained things in Spanish and when I said I do not understand, her response to me was "okay, I understand " and then nothing was clarified by her.

I waited an hour and twenty mintues to finally see the doctor. He was in such a rush, that I hope we’re identifying the problem properly. I pointed to the area that I have pain, but I’m not sure if it was taken seriously.

It felt a bit rushed and that he was cutting me off while I was explaining the situation. I got a prescription that I really don't feel I need or understand why I should take it.

Dr. Khorshidi is a very professional and experienced gastroenterologist. He takes care of all your needs and he actually listens to all your concerns. His office does the endoscopy exam on certain days and his staff is very helpful. Just be sure you have someone with you especially if your problems are severe, so that he can address the issue right away.

When i got to the office i was greated by front desk they were polite. I waited about an hour its understandable the place was busy. It means the doctor takes time to assess there patient. When i saw the Doctor he was cool he got me the medication that i needed. I was scheduled for follow up. Then i left.
