I’m happy with these folks. I’m still working through my vertigo, but being treated here has been helpful. I wasn’t sure about coming to this facility at first, but I am pleased thus far.

Little bit of a wait, but first time I guess it’s understandable. Front desk workers very nice and professional. Princess the PT was knowledgeable and professional.

This review is not for the doctor, this review is for the medical assistant by the name of Yvette! She was the most rude , nasty medical assistant I have ever encountered, she laughed at me the entire way through my medical history and vitals as she asked me questions. Someone needs to teach her how to intake patients in a proper professional manner. I will be contacting department of health to file a complaint against her as well.

He is a exceptional doctor and the facility is wonderful. Although there is a wait people are coming in there for severe cases so I love the fact the doctors aren't rushing any patients. So please don't let the wait discourage you at all the staff is wonderful and they perform diligent work

Place is really disorganized. They are clearly understaffed and no one person is managing the facility. I'm stuck with them because there's nothing closer to my home - and I hate going.

The doc was fine. It was the wait to see him that got to me. I waited 30 minutes just to receive forms to be completed as a new patient. I was about ready to leave when the office manager approached me. She was unaware of the situation and apologized. She brought me the paper work. Then things began to roll, albeit slowly. In total, I spent about 2 hours and15 minutes from start to finish for a basic consultation plus a 15 minutes of light therapy.

Dr. Samuel was very patient and educational during my visit with him. He taught me different exercises to improve my condition and spent a good amount of time making sure I understand the different techniques. He also gave my a 30 minute therapy session. Front desk staff was very nice and overall I was very happy. Look forward to returning to see him!

I had extreme back pain. Dr. Naik was able to identify the problem and recommend appropriate treatment. Very professional and personable. Highly recommend. The medical office has other specialities which makes life easier. PT and Chiro are on the second floor. Very happy with the practice.
