My appointment was on a day when one of the patient rooms had flooded, so the doctor and staff were a little frazzled, which didn't help speed up the wait time. The appointment took two hours, so it wasn't a great overall experience, but the doctor was clear and concise and answered my questions, so as long as you don't mind the wait, this office is a decent option.

She took the time to explain my eye conditions with care, making sure I understood everything. I felt completely heard and very comfortable throughout the entire exam. Highly recommend. She was professional and did a through exam.
Wait time was a bit long before being seen and during the visit there were some mild waiting times but the time not being seen by her was used wisely as her assistants did some testing efficiently as she saw other patients for their other part of the exams.
Overall the exam and experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend.

This was my third visit and unfortunately the improvements I was hoping for are not happening. Every time I am trying to ask a question and get some reassurance, I am not really heard but simply dismissed. If you are looking for a doctor to do her job and don’t want to ask any questions- she is perfect. She looks like a good specialist. But if you need a consultation or address issues, you’ll have to look for someone else.
I was there for my annual visit and I was still charged a deductible as they don’t have annual visit option there at all. Just a heads up

I’ve never left a negative review for a doctor before, but I booked this appointment due to my family’s eye health history and because I needed a DMV form filled out to renew my license (not a glasses/contact prescription, which their website says they charge for). A few days before, I called to confirm the doctor could fill it out, and the receptionist said yes.
At the appointment, I was told there would be a fee for the form. I explained that I’d called ahead and wasn’t told about a fee. The nurse admitted the receptionist gave me wrong info but said they’d still charge me (offering only a small discount). The doctor never even spoke to me directly. I ended up getting my copay refunded and walking out. Really disappointing customer service.

Doctor seemed knowledgeable however lacks empathy I felt like was being brushed off. She did conduct all the test necessary to address my immediate concern but not sure if this was the right place as I now have diagnoses and need to follow up but don't feel she is someone I wan to care for me in the future . No follow up call on my symptoms therefore I am back to square one.

Excellent. They are very calm and friendly and were really kind to me when I fainted - they did not rush me on my way as some places do. My procedure was quick and exactly as explained . The doctor also spotted another issue that I did not know about. I would very much recommend Dr. Rubinstein.

The office was modern and clean and the staff was very professional however, when it came to listening to my concerns regarding my condition, the doctor was not receptive at all! She run quite a few tests just to prove that everything was normal and my blurred vision had nothing to do with my eye infection therefore completely dismissing the symptoms I was experiencing at the time (which I tried to explain to her multiple times to no avail). I left the office very dissatisfied and immediately booked an appointment with another doctor who was able to give me a diagnosis straight away, prescribed medication and gave me instructions on what to do to resolve my issue in a short time. My eye has now healed and my eyesight is back to normal. I would not recommend this doctor.

Terrible. This practice does not take vision insurance, which they claim is stated somewhere in the booking forms on here, but I certainly missed it. While that may be my fault, the rest of the experience was miserable too. I came to have a prescription written for a new prosthetic eye, as required by my ocularist in order for it to be covered by insurance. The wait was over an hour to see the doctor. When she finally got around to me, the doctor was unpleasant and clearly annoyed that I was only there for the prescription and not a full exam. Then I was charged a paperwork fee to have the prescription written. Would not recommend.
