New York Medical and Vascular Care physicians offer multi-specialty medical services to New York City patients. Our practice has been operating for more than two decades. We currently serve the population of New York, Brooklyn, and Queens at our many New York City locations in Astoria, Queens, SoHo, and Sheepshead Bay, Midwood, and Marine Park/Flatlands of Brooklyn.
We are affiliated with Physicare MultiServices Ltd, an article 28 – Diagnostic and Treatment Center, accredited by the New York State Department of Health - Public Health Council. Our board-certified physicians and licensed therapists provide primary care and most specialty care on-premises. We believe that access to care should be convenient for our patients.
Our highly skilled staff offer numerous services, including internal and family medicine, vascular medicine, podiatry, cardiology, gastroenterology, physical therapy, and pain management. They provide a diabetes clinic, vein clinic, annual physical exams, vaccinations, and wound care, as well as cancer screening, allergy testing, women’s health services, cardiovascular risk assessments, and much more.
The New York Medical and Vascular Care team accepts most insurance plans and welcomes walk-in patients. The practice is open seven days a week, offering highly accessible primary and specialty care services.
The staff speaks various languages, including English, Russian, Spanish, Urdu, Punjabi, Hebrew, Arabic, Albanian, French, and Creole. They look forward to working with patients of all ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities.

The wait time was excessive at times. The staff was good and the doctor was also good. Check in was easy, but I ended up having to leave after 90 mins without everything I was supposed to do. I would recommend them overall but just note that you should expect it to possibly take a bit longer than you might expect/hope,

The only Dr that has really helped me so far after having my vitals high daily for a decade. Due to having anxiety meds that I take sometimes when my body is extremely stressed I was left with my bp up,horrible palps&my heart 130,140 daily&was told anxiety every office visit by other Drs. I’ve had so many health issues from being left in bad shape for so long to the degree I struggled to stand(my heart felt so strained).I made some improvement on my own this past year&hoping my health slowly improves.I was finally given a medication to try that helps some&just had my dose raised today. I’m in an extremely stressed situation where some days are worse than others&glad I finally got put on a medication.I wish I could’ve seen this Dr when I was worse&saw him years ago is my only gripe. I felt he tested me throughly,is down to earth,not judgmental,listens&actually tries to help.
