The people at this facility are friendly, professional and very proactive. I needed an ultrasound of the foot (former fracture) and I needed it fast because my Canadian husband has cancer and we had to rush back to Toronto for his treatment. On a Friday I got an appointment for the next Monday which I was thrilled about, but they were so nice they offered me Saturday at 8:15 AM which I hadn't realize was even possible.
Then my podiatrist was not clear about the kind of imaging she needed done and the scheduler at this facility was proactive and called my doctor to clarify which helped me. When I got here Saturday morning everyone was lovely and kind. Great place!

Great communication.. Needed a referral for Mammogram, but office contacted me to inform me of this, and as my appt date was a month out, office kept the appt date and I secured the referral quickly.

I was a little intimidated by the procedure as this was my first mammogram, but the technician was so kind and thoughtful. The entire thing was quick and efficient, I will be coming back again for my yearly check-ups!

The office was clean, quiet. Staff was nice. The technician providing the mammogram was incredibly kind and compassionate, as the test is quite uncomfortable. Front desk was very nice, and seemed to have a good grasp on the patients' appointment times. I can't say it was fun, but fast and easy- yes! Probably the most you can expect from a mammo.

Breast cancer runs in my family and it’s quite a daunting aspect of my life. This was my first time getting a mammogram and I was a bit nervous. NYMI was excellent… all of the practitioners and admin were so kind and thoughtful that I forgot I was nervous! Highly recommend

I have been at NYMI before and always happy. Today I arrived early because I had a hectic day and asked if I could be seen early. Both the receptionist and the DEXA technitian were superb. I was finished before my scheduled appointment time and felt safe and cared for throughout.
