This doctor doesn't accept my insurance even though the website says he does. The staff indicated that the doctor no longer works with patients and is not in the office everyday. My insurance is out of network which would be an expensive out of pocket cost for me. I was very disappointed that my time was wasted.

Really disappointed by this service!
I made an appointment one week ago because of my back pain, they rescheduled my appointment for another week, so in total i was waiting two weeks to discover on the day of the appointment when i was in front of the office that the co-pay is huge amount !!
The information wasn’t provided to me for two weeks, only in the day of the appointment when i arrived in front of the office they texted me about co-pay amount!
I was waiting two weeks with back pain. Also, i left the job earlier to make to the appointment and in the end to discover i have to pay a lot of money!
The office apologized by saying that the girls who is taking care of the insurance is out for one week!
If you are really sorry you could make the first appointment for free because of the lack of communication from the office side and it’s totally your fault that the officer didn’t provide preventative information!!
Try to avoid this service !!

Very efficient, kind and engaging office staff. Showed knowledge of systems. The OT was attentive, heard and addressed my concerns. She initialed discharge me as a patient when goals had been achieved.

Dr Dan is an excellent PT. He's very easy to work with and competent. The office staff are all great too, very flexible and responsive. He helped fix my back spasms and provided me with a detailed plan to make sure they don't recur. I would gladly recommend him to anyone I know!

His staff was SOOO pleasant and professional. The area was cleaned and actually very welcoming. Unfortunately as I waited in the waiting room I found out they didnt accept my insurance. This doctor is not about the dollar sign he is actually there to help you. He was very kind generous and absolutely amazing to work with. He got down to the nitty gritty and listened to my problems. He didnt rush me. He puts you first and really tries to help you and bc of this I will continue appointments and pay out of pocket

Dr. Rusinowitz was, and has been, excellent throughout the past couple of months that I have been visiting with him to treat my shoulder. I came to Dr. Rusinowitz with only a few weeks to go before my Fall baseball season and he has already significantly improved my shoulder and strengthened it. His attention to detail and personal care are fantastic. The space is beautiful and clean. Margo at the front desk is also hugely helpful and caring; she is truly fantastic!
I could not recommend Dr. Rusinowitz and his team more highly!
