Awful, got there 20 mins still wanted over an hour until I just gave up and left

I sat waiting for an hour and a half with no word from the staff. The doctor took me into the exam room, left the door wide open, and was blasting music so I could barely hear her. She had me sit on a dirty stool because the exam table was covered in someone else's medical records strewn all over. The room was very dirty and the counter tops were covered in dirty iodine bottles. She sat on her computer for about 10 minutes without saying anything to me- all she asked was whether or not I had asthma. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a medical space before. I had to lie and say I had an emergency because I did not feel safe having my physical or bloodwork done there.

Very long wait time, around an hour. I asked how much longer it would take before I could go in and the front desk manager simply said “I don’t know.” My experience with this particular nurse was also upsetting. There was very little communication or conversation, she did not listen to what I said and would only reply with “Jesus will heal you.” This felt like an extremely unprofessional environment and simply disturbing. Furthermore, as I waited to get my blood drawn by a different nurse in a public room, there were urine samples and blood tube samples next to the chair I was sitting in. It was frankly disgusting, and I had to leave before I could even get my blood drawn. I will not be coming back here and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Salvatore was an excellent doctor including his team( front desk too). To me , first impression is everything. The visit was great ??. From the beginning all the way to the end . Got there super early and he was already there and got me in. I thank God for answering my prayers . Dr. Salvatore’s bed side manner and professionalism reminded me of my childhood doctor when I was 11 years old . An Awesome one ! Dr. Salvatore took his time , and answered all my questions and explain the diagnose . Nowadays, not all doctors take their time to explain to you conditions or do thoroughly checking . I am so happy to have him as my primary care physician .

The doctor was great but the front desk should really inform you of things before your appointment so you can prepare…
1) It was cash only which I was not told prior to the appointment and I had to leave to get cash.
2) Even though they send you a link to a portal, you can only get your results in person… which I was also not told until the second time I called for an update on my blood work.
So while the doctor was great, their system is very inconvenient.

Dr. Salvatore Degliuomini was very personable and thorough. He's the rare doctor that treats the patient like a real person, instead of another box to check or another piece of paperwork that needs to be filled out. Highly recommend.

Did some blood test as part of an annual checkup - impossible to get the results either by phone or email. It’s been six weeks and waiting. Very disorganised practice. Don’t bother filling out the online form they will give you a new one in person. Impossible to reach them.

Dr Sal what was amazing I haven’t gotten a physical in years and he answered all my questions. All my concerns. He did a very thorough exam. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely leave him as my primary care doctor. I just wish they accepted debit cards. I didn’t have any cash on me, so I asked the receptionist if I could go across the street to CVS she was like “of course” I ran across the street came right back paid my dues. :) now I know carry some cash. Lol. But overall very professional they were amazing. Thank you. ?

Dr. Salvatore was amazing he looked over my grandmother who is 93 years old and was very informative with her medications on which ones she didn't need and he understood her complaints as well. I am so happy I chose him on ZocDoc.

Never thought I’d say this but I had such a lovely time at my doctor’s appointment today ! The doctor was super sweet and personally took my medical history. We had a nice chat about health and goals before he did his examination. He was very kind and asked questions and checked in throughout. Afterwards I got a blood panel done and the phlebotomist was exceptional ! I’ve had some rough pokes before but he was genuinely great. I don’t (of course) want to go back any time soon but am definitely going to be coming back for all my GP needs !! Thank you
